Through various positions in business (financial) services I have a lot of experience in initiating and implementing complex (change) processes and systems in business and IT within an Agile environment, this also in combination with (international) outsourcing projects.
I like to quickly familiarize myself with the organization including its processes and culture. I know how to motivate others with enthusiasm and dynamics, using peoples’ full strengths. I have built up extensive expertise in setting up and designing Business Process Management and making it accessible digitally. I also have extensive experience in the implementation of complex data migrations including associated (BPM) processes and organizational changes.

From the above mentioned processes, especially those involving outsourcing, optimal (digital) cooperation and sharing of information both in the workplace and remotely is a must! At YNNO, the various themes around this come together in their entirety and I can use my knowledge, enthusiasm and commitment to turn the desired changes into results.
