My mission is to improve the life of workers by applying the principles of sound, flexible and effective information management. This means that I help organizations by ensuring that workers have the right information, on time without any frustrations. I prefer to change frustration into energy for example on the tennis court…. Information management should be flexible to meet the challenges of changing technologies, changing uses of information. Information management should support effective and efficient business processes. With the worker at its’ core, information processes, technology, and governance should be designed in a way that removes obstacles and unnecessary bureaucracy.
I helped organizations in the public and private sector in the Netherlands and New Zealand with finding the right balance between people, process, technology and governance with regards to information management.
